    Juicy and tender, this simple Braided Pork Tenderloin makes a delightful presentation with the perfect depth of flavor.

    Instructions

    • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 400°F.
    • Step 2: Using a sharp knife, cut the pork tenderloin in 3 equal pieces leaving it attached on the thicker end. Separate the pieces and season liberally with the Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub.
    • Step 3: Begin braiding the pork by laying one section over the other alternating sides.
    • Step 4: Add to the recteq and cook for 25-30 minutes until the meat is 135°F internal temp. Allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
