It's a gorgeous, aesthetic appetizer that tastes just as good as it looks! Try these simple Bacon Roses and that special someone will definitely be impressed.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 385°F.
  • Step 2: Season bacon with Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub and take a strip of bacon. Starting at one end, roll bacon up tightly to form a rosette.
  • Step 3: Secure the roll with two toothpicks, close to the bottom of one end as you can to form a cross. Place rosettes evenly on wire rack.
  • Step 4: Place rack in recteq and cook for 30-40 minutes.
  • Step 5: Remove and let cool.
  • Step 6: Add each rosette to flower stem with petals removed.
  • Step 7: Give to someone you love!
