Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 385°F.
- Step 2: Season bacon with Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub and take a strip of bacon. Starting at one end, roll bacon up tightly to form a rosette.
- Step 3: Secure the roll with two toothpicks, close to the bottom of one end as you can to form a cross. Place rosettes evenly on wire rack.
- Step 4: Place rack in recteq and cook for 30-40 minutes.
- Step 5: Remove and let cool.
- Step 6: Add each rosette to flower stem with petals removed.
- Step 7: Give to someone you love!
