  • 1 Bag Marshmallows
  • 2 cup(s) Ghirardelli Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 cup(s) Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup(s) Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup(s) Animal Crackers
  • 1 cup(s) Marshmallows

Tools Needed

  • Step 1: Burning the Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat recteq to 350˚F in a 12″ cast iron skillet. Break apart 2 tablespoon of softened butter and spread around the pan.
  • Step 2: To the butter in the pan, add half of the chocolate chips. Stir to combine. Add the remaining chips and Rossarooki's Honey Rib Rub.
  • Step 3: Stir to distribute and spread it out evenly in the pan. Top the chocolate mixture with marshmallows.
  • Step 4: Place skillet in recteq and cook for about 15 minutes, checking regularly. The marshmallows will puff up in the heat and may drip over the sides of the pan.
  • Step 5: Cook until the marshmallows are toasted. Add extra color with a blow torch, if desired. Carefully transfer to holding vessel.
