Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 400°F and spray pie pan with non-stick spray. On a cutting board, clean strawberries and cut in half.
- Step 2: Add strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and 2 tablespoons cornstarch to mixing bowl and mix well, until all berries are coated with cornstarch.
- Step 3: Add sugars, vanilla, lemon juice, 4 tablespoons cornstarch, and Chef John's Soul Powder to mixing bowl and mix well. Let sit for 5 minutes before adding berries to pie crust.
- Step 4: Place one pie crust in the pie pan, making sure that the crust overhangs the pie pan.
- Step 5: Fill the crust with berry mixture and top with second crust, crimping the edges of the top and bottom crust to seal filling in. Place in recteq and let bake for 45 minutes.
- Step 6: Remove pie from recteq and allow to cool for 20-25 minutes before serving.
