S'More Brownies

Instructions

• Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350°F.
• Step 2: Place the graham crackers into the food processor and crush them up. Followed by adding the sugar and melted butter until well combined.
• Step 3: Place cracker mixture into a 13 by 9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Press the crackers down so they are even and level.
• Step 4: In a large mixing bowl mix the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box. Once combined, pour batter into 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Place in recteq and bake for 20-25 minutes.
• Step 5: Remove the brownies from the recteq and top with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Place back in the recteq for 8-10 minutes until the chips melt and marshmallows are golden brown. Remove and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
