  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 3 cup(s) Butter, melted
  • 1 cup(s) Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup(s) Powdered Sugar

  • Large Plastic Squeeze Bottles x2

  • Step 1: Burning the recteq Apple pellets, preheat your SmokeStone to Medium High and allow it to come up to temp. In a medium mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, brown sugar, and Kosher salt and mix well, set aside.
  • Step 2: In the other mixing bowl, add milk, eggs, and vanilla, and mix well. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour mixture into large plastic squeeze bottle and set aside.
  • Step 3: In the other large plastic squeeze bottle add melted butter and veggie oil. Shake well until both are combined.
  • Step 4: Add an ample amount of butter to griddle top and spread it around, then squeeze the batter onto griddle top to make overlapping patterns 6 inches by 3 inches. Cook for 120 seconds, then flip and repeat process.
  • Step 5: After flipping remove and place on a plate with paper towels on top. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
