  • 2 each Graham Crackers (sleeves)
  • 3 each Bars of Chocolate
  • 30 each Marshmallows

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 cup(s) Hot Fudge
  • 1 cup(s) Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup(s) Fresh Bananas
  • 1 cup(s) Peanut Butter Chips
  • 2 cup(s) Whipped Cream

Tools Needed

  • 13x9 inch Baking Dish
  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 250ºF.
  • Step 2: Break graham crackers into small rectangular pieces. Layer bottom of a cast iron dish or smoker-safe baking dish.
  • Step 3: Layer chocolate evenly on top of graham crackers and top with marshmallows.
  • Step 4: Cook for 10 minutes or until marshmallows become soft and chocolate is melted.
  • Step 5: Suggestion: pop under broiler or torch the top of the marshmallows for extra crunch and a toasty char.
  • Step 6: Add additional garnishes as desired.
