Ingredients

  • 24 Mint Oreos, chopped coarse
  • 12 Oreos, chopped coarse
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Butter, melted
  • 24 ounce(s) Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 2/3 cup(s) Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 4 Eggs
  • 24 Oreos, chopped coarse
  • 8 ounce(s) Whipped Cream
  • 8 ounce(s) Oreos, chopped coarse

Tools Needed

  • Food Processor
  • Stand Mixer
  • Springform Pan
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your recteq to 325°F.
  • Step 2: In a food processor add Oreos(Mint & Chocolate) and chop until smooth. Slowly add butter and continue to mix, add vanilla and mix well.
  • Step 3: Spray springform pan with non-stick spray. Add crushed Oreos(Mint & Chocolate) to pan, pressing them firmly and evenly around the pan. Be sure to build the crust around the side of pan.
  • Step 4: Place springform pan in recteq and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Step 5: In a stand mixer add soft cream cheese and use paddle attachment to blend cream cheese together.
  • Step 6: Add sugar to cream cheese and mix well, scrap the bowl. Add sour cream and mix well. Scrape the bowl with rubber spatula.
  • Step 7: Add vanilla to the bowl and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, making sure that the egg is fully incorporated before adding another.
  • Step 8: Add 24 ounces crushed Oreos to cheesecake batter and fold into batter with a rubber spatula. Add batter to cooled Oreo crust and place back in recteq for 55-65 minutes.
  • Step 9: Remove from recteq and allow to cool for an hour at room temp, then place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Remove, slice, and serve with whipped cream and 8 ounces crushed Oreos on top.
