These sweet and smoky pecans are the snack you can't stop munching! Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub makes them sweet and delicious with the perfect toasty crunch.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 250°F.
  • Step 2: In a small bowl, mix sugar and Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub together and set aside.
  • Step 3: In a large bowl, mix egg white and water. Toss pecans in mixture to coat. Pour sugar mixture into bowl and toss until pecans are fully coated. Spread evenly onto Mesh Cooking Mat.
  • Step 4: Smoke in recteq for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  • Step 5: Remove and enjoy.
