Holiday Hashbrown Casserole

The holidays wouldn't be the holidays without a big, filling start to the celebration and this casserole is breakfast perfection.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your recteq to 400°F. Place a cast iron skillet in grill.
- Step 2: Add sausage and bacon to cast iron skillet and start to brown.
- Step 3: Once bacon and sausage are about 80% of the way done, add onions, mushrooms, and pepper to cast iron skillet. Let cook until onions become translucent.
- Step 4: Add garlic, Chef John's Soul Powder, and Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub. Mix well with other ingredients and allow to cook in for 3-5 minutes.
- Step 5: In a large mixing bowl add: hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, and cheese. Add the content of the cast iron skillet to mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Step 6: Spray a 13 by 9 inch baking dish with non-stick spray and pour content of mixing bowl into baking dish. Top with cheese and place in recteq for 25-30 minutes.
- Step 7: Remove from recteq and crack 6 eggs over the top of casserole and place back in recteq for 15-20 minutes. Remove and serve.
