Grilled Cranberry & Orange Bread Pudding

Your holiday breakfast has been taken care of! The seasonal flavors with a touch of smoky recteq goodness will make for a delicious meal to wake up to.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellet, preheat your recteq to 350°F.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl add bread, cranberries, and marmalade and mix well.
- Step 3: In a medium size mixing bowl add, milk, cream, eggs, and sugar and whisk well.
- Step 4: Then add marmalade, vanilla, orange zest, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk well until all ingredients are well combined.
- Step 5: Pour milk mixture over bread, and toss bread in milk. Allow bread to soak up milk mixture. Let rest for 15 minutes.
- Step 6: Pour bread mixture into 13 by 9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Place baking dish in recteq and bake for 35-45 minutes. Bread should be golden brown and fully toasted.
- Step 7: Remove from recteq and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
