A rich, smoky hot chocolate made on the recteq using Ultimate Blend pellets, gently simmered until smooth and deeply chocolatey.
Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your recteq to 275°F.
- Step 2: In a medium sauce pot add, milk, cocoa powder, and sugar. Whisk well and place in recteq. Whisk occasionally.
- Step 3: Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Whisk well, add salt and bring mixture to a simmer. Make surer that all chips have melted.
- Step 4: Remove sauce pan from recteq, pour into mugs and top with cream and place candy cane inside mug and serve.
