Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your recteq to 375°F.
- Step 2: Place wings into mixing bowl and season with Chef John's Soul Powder. Mix and season again.
- Step 3: Place wings inside recteq and cook until you reach an internal temp of 185°F.
- Step 4: Remove from recteq and place on serving plate. Let rest for 8-10 minutes before serving.
