X-Fire Corn on the Cob

Sweet, crisp corn on the cob is a summer staple and you'll be amazed at how easy it is to make on the X-Fire Pro!

Step 1: Burning the Hickory Pellets, set X-fire Pro to Grilling Mode with direct side (right side) knob set to Medium with the Adaptive Sear Control on Medium. Preheat X-fire Pro for 5 minutes and brush grates clean.
Step 2: Spread softened butter evenly on corn and season corn evenly with Ben's Heffer Dust.
Step 3: Place on X-fire Pro, close lid, and cook for 5-10 minutes. Flip and continue to cook additional 10-15 minutes, until corn is softened.
Step 4: Remove from X-Fire and let rest 5 minutes.
Step 5: Brush with remaining butter and additional seasoning before enjoying.
