- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 275°F. Add strawberries to a baking pan, and smoke at 275°F for 1 hour.
 - Step 2: Add remaining ingredients to a sauce pot, then add the smoked strawberries and allow to simmer for 25-30 minutes.
 - Step 3: Puree sauce in a blender until smooth.
