Instructions
- Step 1: Burning the Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat SmokeStone to medium heat (about 400°F). Apply a layer of avocado oil and spread it around with your spatula.
- Step 2: Add the diced bacon and cook until the bacon starts to crisp up. Next, add all the vegetables and season with Jody’s Asian Persuasion Rub. Toss with spatula, being careful not to burn.
- Step 3: On a clean spot on the griddle, crack and scramble your egg, making sure to keep it separate until fully cooked.
- Step 4: Mix the bacon, vegetables, scrambled egg, and rice. Sauté for a few minutes and continue to toss ingredients.
- Step 5: Add soy sauce and cook until desired doneness is achieved. Taste rice and ensure proper flavor. Add more Jody’s Asian Persuasion Rub if needed.
- Step 6: Remove from SmokeStone, plate and serve hot.
