Whip up this simple recipe for Smoked Scalloped Potatoes on the recteq wood pellet grill; the perfect side for all your grilled masterpieces!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350°F.
  • Step 2: Using a mandolin or sharp knife, slice the potatoes very thinly.
  • Step 3: In a baking dish, place a layer of the potatoes on the bottom, then sprinkle with Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub and Ben's Heffer Dust. Next, add a sprinkle of cheese and about 1/4 cup of heavy cream.
  • Step 4: Repeat this process until the dish is 3/4 full.
  • Step 5: Cover the potatoes with plastic wrap then foil and cook for 45 minutes until potatoes are tender, then remove the foil and plastic and cook for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Step 6: Allow to rest for 30 minutes before serving.
