This is the perfect protein rich appetizer to serve along with your holiday charcuterie boards or summer BBQ spreads!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 200°F and allow to come up to temp. Add eggs to recteq and allow to smoke for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
  • Step 2: While eggs are smoking, add all other ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. When eggs are finished smoking, remove from recteq and peel under cold water.
  • Step 3: Once all eggs are peeled, cut in half, remove the yolk, add the yolks to mixing bowl and mix well. Add combined yolk mixture back to egg whites and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.

  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Kosher Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Brown Mayo
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Chives, chopped
