    • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375°F.
    • Step 2: Boil elbow macaroni.
    • Step 3: Layer pan with macaroni, then shredded cheese, more macaroni, and more shredded cheese.
    • Step 4: In a large cup, mix the evaporated milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and red pepper together until the eggs are completely mixed.
    • Step 5: Pour milk mixture over the mac and cheese and grill for 45-60 minutes.
    • Step 6: Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
