These off-the-chain Jalapeños Poppers will get the party started with a bang! Serve up as a pre-game snack and pair with your favorite beer to tame the heat. We bet you can't eat just one!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 250°F.
  • Step 2: Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and veins.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, and Old Bay. Mix well.
  • Step 4: Stuff the jalapeños with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step 5: Add shrimp to the jalapeños and dust with more Old Bay.
  • Step 6: Wrap the jalapeños with bacon and dust with 1042 BBQ Rub.
  • Step 7: Cook the poppers for around 90 minutes or until the bacon is done to your preference.
  • Step 8: Glaze with recteq gourmet BBQ sauce the last 20 minutes.
