  • 24 ounces Frozen Corn
  • 12 ounces Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 cup(s) Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 8 tablesoon(s) Butter, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Panko
  • 4 teaspoon(s) Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub

Tools Needed

  • 9 x 9 inch Baking Dish
  • Non-stick Spray
  • Whisk
  • Medium Sauce Pan
  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375°F.
  • Step 2: In a medium sauce pan, add: milk, cream, garlic, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon and allow to come to a simmer, whisking occasionally so sugar doesn't burn.
  • Step 3: Add 2 teaspoons Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub (Auntie Amanda's Pinchin' Cheeks is a great alternative if available) and whisk until well-combined.
  • Step 4: Spray the 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray and place corn inside. Pour hot cream mixture over corn, then top with panko and finish it off with butter tabs on top of the panko.
  • Step 5: Bake for 45 minutes, remove from recteq and serve.
