This Baked Corn Pudding is a delicious side for all of your favorite grilled proteins from the recteq! Creamy, sweet and deliciously indulgent…what are you waiting for?

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375°F.
  • Step 2: In a medium sauce pan, add: milk, cream, garlic, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon and allow to come to a simmer, whisking occasionally so sugar doesn't burn.
  • Step 3: Add 2 teaspoons Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub (Auntie Amanda's Pinchin' Cheeks is a great alternative if available) and whisk until well-combined.
  • Step 4: Spray the 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray and place corn inside. Pour hot cream mixture over corn, then top with panko and finish it off with butter tabs on top of the panko.
  • Step 5: Bake for 45 minutes, remove from recteq and serve.
