I know some worry about having different temperature zones, but I actually prefer the way this runs. I have a Camp Chef griddle as well that I will be getting rid of now. This is actually easier for me to clean and I prefer the non textured plate. So many great cooks already and a ton more to come!

New Smokestone

This thing is amazing I’ve had a blackstone for 4 years and I’ll never go back. The cook and extra flavor on the food is 10/10. Much easier to keep clean. I love the solid temp control.
