Pan fry fish

In hopes of pan frying fish outside the house, I ordered the griddle. It turned out perfect for that process as well as stir frying vegetables like scallions, etc. I want to try making hashbrowns next. The deluxe Bullseye does a super job with the griddle in browning these items as it gets up to 1000 degrees!

The Best!

I can’t say enough good things about this whole system. I made bacon, Mongolian beef, chicken stir fry…. It does everything I like. Seasoning is the key here. I seasoned it for 6 hours at 450-500, coating it with avocado oil every 30 minutes. It turned out pretty fantastic. Here’s a couple before and after.

Solid Performer

Take your time seasoning the griddle properly and you can expect good results. So far I have made fajitas, bacon and breakfast hash. All turned out great. Be sure to keep the lid closed when pre-heating and as much as you can while cooking to retain as much heat as possible.
