Surprisingly easy, this side will wow everyone. Even the veggie-hesitant will ask for seconds of the flavorful Kung Pow Brussels Sprouts from recteq.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 425°F.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Kung Pow sauce by mixing all ingredients well in a small bowl.
  • Step 3: On a cutting board, cut brussels in half and place into a large mixing bowl. Add oil and Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub and toss until everything is well combined. Then place on the Mesh Cooking Mat and cook for 40-45 minutes.
  • Step 4: Glaze the sprouts with the Kung Pow sauce and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon(s) Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Ginger, minced

  • Mesh Cooking Mat (optional)
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Small Mixing Bowl
