Every backyard cook needs to try Roasted Chicken and with our simple instructions, you'll be an expert in no time.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 325℉.
  • Step 2: Add the whole chicken to a cutting board and dry the outside with a few paper towels.
  • Step 3: Rub the outside of the chicken with olive oil and season both sides liberally with the Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub and Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub.
  • Step 4: Place on the recteq and cook for 90 minutes until 165℉ in the breast. Allow the chicken to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
