Sometimes the simplest meals are the most delicious! These Grilled Chicken Tacos are incredibly easy to make and the perfect option when time is of the essence.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350°F.
  • Step 2: Liberally rub the chicken breast with Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub, Ray's Loco Gringo Rub, and olive oil.
  • Step 3: Place the chicken on the grill and cook until an internal temperature of 165°F. You can flip the chicken half way through the cook.
  • Step 4: Allow the chicken to rest for 8-10 minutes then slice thinly.
  • Step 5: Add the chicken to tortillas with your favorite taco toppings.
