The best part about the carver style ham is that it is boneless and more flat than traditional hams, making it quick and easy to slice for dinner, sandwiches, or everyday snacking.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350ºF.
- Step 2: Rub the ham with the Vidalia Onion BBQ Sauce and season with the Cowboy's Choice Rub. (Any of your favorite sauces and rubs can be used.)
- Step 3: Cook until an internal temp of 165ºF and allow to cool before slicing.
