Pecan Stuffed Apples

If apples are in season, it's time to make Pecan Stuffed Apples. These cinnamon treats make a lovely fall dessert or even a treat of a side!
Instructions
- Step 1: Using a paring knife or apple corer, clean out the center of the apples.
- Step 2: In a medium sized bowl, combine the cranberries, rum, brown sugar, cinnamon and toasted pecans.
- Step 3: Fill each apple with the cranberry mixture.
- Step 4: Preheat recteq to 350°F, place the stuffed apples on a Mesh Cooking Mat, and bake for 30-40 minutes until the apples are soft.
- Step 5: You can top each apple with some marshmallows for the last 5 minutes if you want a gooey topping.

- 1/2 tablespoon(s) Marshmallows
