  • 1 pound(s) Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Ben's Heffer Dust
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire
  • 4 American Cheese Slices
  • 4 Krispy Kreme Glazed Doughnuts

Tools Needed

  • Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your SmokeStone to MED HI(400°F).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl add: beef, Ben's Heffer Dust, Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub, garlic, and Worcestershire. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Step 3: Patty ground beef mixture into four 1/4 pound burger patties. Add olive oil to SmokeStone and place burger on griddle.
  • Step 4: Cook burgers for 6 minutes a side, then flip. Top with cheese; while cheese is melting place doughnuts on SmokeStone and brown on one side then remove.
  • Step 5: Place two cheesed burger patties on top on one doughnut, then top with second doughnut.

There's not much more you need to add, but a nice green salad and fresh fruit might soften the calorie hit!
