Ready for a classic BBQ Beef Ribs recipe that will blow you away? These have all the seasonings you love with a smoky, finger-licking sauce.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 250°F.
  • Step 2: Remove silver skin (membrane) and coat ribs with rubs.
  • Step 3: Place ribs on recteq at 250°F for 3 hours.
  • Step 4: Turn temperature up to 375°F for 30 minutes.
  • Step 5: Brush sauce on ribs, if desired, and cook for 5 more minutes.
