It's a party with this delicious Baby Clam New Haven Style Pizza.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq Bullseye to 500ºF with a recteq Pizza Stone Kit.
  • Step 2: Stretch the dough into a 12 inch round and place on a pizza peel with some semolina flour.
  • Step 3: Smear the smoked garlic across the crust and top with the baby clams.
  • Step 4: Top with the shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and a light sprinkle of Colden's Freakin' Greek and oregano.
  • Step 5: Place the pizza on the stone and allow to cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
