Smoked Whole Hog
Ingredients:
- 1 whole hog
- Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub
Instructions:
- Set the Beast, BFG, or Chuckwagon to 225°F.
- Place whole hog inside on its back.
- Season liberally with Honey Rib Rub.
- Cook until an internal temperature of 196°F (about 16-18 hours).
