Ingredients:

  • 1 whole hog
  • Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub

Instructions:

  • Set the Beast, BFG, or Chuckwagon to 225°F.
  • Place whole hog inside on its back.
  • Season liberally with Honey Rib Rub.
  • Cook until an internal temperature of 196°F (about 16-18 hours).
