It's all about Autumn and those delicious flavors you love. Indulge in this Pumpkin Spiced Meatloaf for a unique spin on this homestyle classic!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Burning the recteq apple pellets, preheat recteq to 375°F.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl combine ingredients. Add to greased loaf pan and place in recteq. 
  • Step 3: Cook 60-90 minutes or until 155°F internal has been reached. 
  • Step 4: In a small sauce pot, mix 7 ounces pumpkin puree, Harry’s Secret Sweet Sauce, Stevie’s Habanero Honey, Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub, and Jody’s Asian Persuasion Rub.
  • Step 5: Add pot to recteq and allow to simmer. Sauce meatloaf before removing from recteq. 
  • Step 6: Remove meatloaf and let rest 10 minutes. After resting, invert onto serving dish and brush unsauced sides with remaining sauce. Enjoy!
