Cajun Turkey
Ingredients:
- Tony Chachere's Creole Sauce Butter Marinade
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Instructions:
- Pre-heat recteq to 350℉.
- Inject turkey with marinade.
- Rub skin with olive oil.
- Liberally apply seasoning.
- Smoke turkey at 350℉ until the internal temp. reaches 165℉.
