Cajun Turkey

Ingredients:

  • Tony Chachere's Creole Sauce Butter Marinade
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat recteq to 350℉.
  • Inject turkey with marinade.
  • Rub skin with olive oil.
  • Liberally apply seasoning.
  • Smoke turkey at 350℉ until the internal temp. reaches 165℉.
