You can't go wrong with Garlic Parmesan Wings! A little bit of spice, a little bit of herbs, and some buttery Parmesan cheese gives these incredible flavor when you roast them on the recteq!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 400ºF.
  • Step 2: Separate wings into flats and drumettes, discarding wing tips.
  • Step 3: Season wings evenly with 1 tablespoon of Chef John's Soul Powder Rub. Place on a Mesh Cooking Mat and cook for 1 hour or until the wings reach an internal temp of 185ºF.
  • Step 4: While wings cook, place small grill-safe sauce pot in recteq. Add chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook for 10 minutes then remove from heat.
  • Step 5: In a large bowl, combine garlic, parmesan, 1 tablespoon of Chef John's Soul Powder, 1 tablespoon of Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, and the rest of the butter - mix well.
  • Step 6: Add wings into mixture and toss evenly to coat.
  • Step 7: Plate and garnish with parsley.
