Peach & Praline Stuffed Pork Chops

This recipe is the perfect way to get into a Southern state of mind. You'll want to double it up, because everyone will be going back for seconds!

Instructions

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chopped peach, pecans, onion, 1 teaspoon of Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, melted butter and chicken stock.
  • Step 2: On a cutting board, butterfly the pork chops, being careful not to cut all the way thru the pork. Stuff with 3-4 oz of the stuffing mix.
  • Step 3: Season the stuffed pork chops with the first listed Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub.
  • Step 4: Preheat recteq to 325°F and grill the pork chops for about 30 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temp of 140°F.
  • Step 5: Allow the pork chops to rest 5-8 minutes before serving.

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons(s) Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub

Stuffing Mix

  • 7 ounce(s) Stuffing Mix
  • 1/2 each Peach, peeled & diced
  • 2 ounce(s) Praline Pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Vidalia Onion, diced fine
  • 1 ounce(s) Butter, melted
  • 6 ounce(s) Chicken Stock

Tools Needed

  • Large Bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
