Tired of basic burgers? Try this recteq Korean Pork Burger recipe for something extraordinary and flavorful.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the mix to become well chilled.
  • Step 2: Shape the pork burgers into 6 ounce patties, then place them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes until well-chilled.
  • Step 3: Preheat the recteq to 425°F with a Sear Kit flat side up.
  • Step 4: Sear the burgers on the flat side of the Sear Kit for 4-5 minutes each side until an internal temp of 145ºF+ is reached.
  • Step 5: Assemble the burger by serving on a toasted bun topped with additional kimchi and your favorite burger toppings.

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1/2 each Egg
  • 1/8 cup(s) Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1/8 cup(s) Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub
