These Smoked Strawberry & Banana Popsicles will make the perfect treat after your Pulled Pork main course!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350°F and allow grill to come up to temp. While recteq is heating up, add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  • Step 2: Pour fruit mixture into medium sauce pot and place in recteq. Let mixture cook for 15 -20 minutes, stir with whisk so sugars don't burn but fully dissolve. Remove from recteq and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3: Pour fruit mixture into popsicle molds and place in freezer for 4 to 8 hours depending on how hard you want your popsicles. Remove from freezer and serve.

  • 1/4 cup(s) Honey
