Every backyard chef needs a classic Country Pork & Beans recipe to serve up with their grilled main courses and this one will not disappoint!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375°F and place the cast iron skillet in the grill and allow both to come up to temp.
  • Step 2: Add oil and onions and cook until onions are translucent, then add garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes. Then add cooked pulled pork to cast iron and start to warm up.
  • Step 3: Add baked beans to cast iron and mix well with onions and garlic. Add ketchup, mustard, Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub, and brown sugar. Mix well and allow to cook for 45 mins in recteq.
