Looking for a new recipe with a spicy twist on the traditional? We know you will love our Chipotle Citrus Marmalade, straight from your recteq wood pellet grill. Serve it with biscuits, on pancakes, or even as a gourmet PB&J; Chipotle Citrus Marmalade is a must-taste!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350°F.
  • Step 2: Wash and slice oranges very thinly, removing seeds. Cut in quarters.
  • Step 3: Add to a large enamel cast iron pan and place on the grill. Cook for 30-45 minutes until softened.
  • Step 4: Add 4 cups of water and allow to come to a simmer.
  • Step 5: Add the sugar, lemon juice, and zest. Continue cooking until the mixture thickens and has an internal temperature of 223°F. (~1.5 Hours)
  • Step 6: Allow the orange mixture to cool prior to placing into the fridge.

  • 2 each Chipotle Pepper(s)
  • 4 cup(s) Water
