What could be better than BBQ Baby Back Ribs? This classic recipe will take center stage for a meal everyone will love.
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 250°F and allow recteq to come up to temp. Place ribs on cutting board and, using paper towel, remove membrane from back of ribs.
 - Step 2: Season the backside of the ribs first with 2 tablespoons of Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub and 2 tablespoons Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub.
 - Step 3: Allow seasoning to rest for 5 minutes before flipping and seasoning the top side of ribs with 2 tablespoons of Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub and Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub. Allow seasoning to rest on ribs for 5-10 minutes before placing them in recteq.
 - Step 4: Place ribs in recteq bone side down, and let smoke for 2.5-3 hours until it reaches an internal temp of 165°F. While they are smoking, place two pieces of foil on the counter and add margarine, Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub, Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub, and Harry's Secret Sweet Sauce.
 - Step 5: Remove ribs from recteq and place on foil. Seal wrap up and place back on recteq until it reaches an internal temp of 203°F (a little over an hour).
 - Step 6: Remove from recteq and allow to rest for 25-30 minutes before slicing and serving.
