Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375°F.
- Step 2: Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Step 3: Shape the meatloaf using the Mesh Cooking Mat to form a uniformed loaf, flattening the top slightly.
- Step 4: Cook until the loaf registers an internal temp of 140°F.
- Step 5: Add your choice of the ketchup or recteq gourmet BBQ sauce to the top and continue cooking until the loaf reaches an internal temp of 155°F. Remove from recteq.
- Step 6: Allow the meatloaf to rest for 15-20 minutes, then slice and serve.
