  • 4 pound(s) Ground Beef 80/20
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans Black Beans
  • 6 tablespoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Ben's Heffer Dust
  • 1 Onion, chopped coarse
  • 6 Jalapeños, chopped coarse
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers, chopped coarse
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 2 can(s) Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chili Powder
  • 32 ounce(s) Beef Stock
  • Step 1: Burning the recteq Ultimate Blend Pellets, preheat your RT-B380X to 450°F, and place the recteq Matador Pan inside with Matador Lid on.

  • Step 4: Remove lid and add diced tomatoes, cumin, and chili powder. Mix with other ingredients until well combined. Replace lid and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Step 5: Remove lid and add beans and beef stock, mixing into other ingredients. Turn your RT-B380X to 500°F. Replace lid and let simmer for 30-45 minutes. Turn grill OFF, remove lid and serve.
