Instructions
- Step 1: In a shaker bottle, combine the injection and water, mixing well.
- Step 2: Add the steaks to a shallow baking dish, add the injection over the steak and allow the steak to marinate for 30-45 minutes.
- Step 3: Remove the steak from the marinade and dry with a paper towel.
- Step 4: Season steaks with oil and Ben's Heffer Dust.
- Step 5: Preheat recteq with a Sear Kit to 500°F.
- Step 6: Cook the steaks until they reach an internal temperature of 130°F‚ then remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving
