Reverse Seared London Broil

Instructions
- Step 1: Add London Broil to a zip top bag and add all the ingredients. Mix the bag around and allow the London Broil to marinate in the fridge for 6-24 hours.
- Step 2: Preheat recteq to 225°F.
- Step 3: Remove the London Broil from the bag and add to the recteq. Allow the London Broil to smoke for about 60 minutes until it reaches an internal temp of 125°F.
- Step 4: Remove the London Broil from the recteq and increase the temperature to full with a Sear Kit.
- Step 5: Once the grill has preheated to full, sear the London Broil until an internal temperature of 135°F is reached. Remove from the recteq and allow the Broil to rest for roughly 10 minutes.
- Step 6: Slice thinly across the grain of the meat, enjoy.
