  • 1 each Fresh Pizza Dough
  • 12 ounce(s) Pizza Sauce
  • 16 ounce(s) Pepperoni
  • 16 ounce(s) Italian Sausage, cooked
  • 16 ounce(s) Fresh Mozzarella, shredded
  • 6 ounce(s) Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub
  • Step 1: Chef’s Note: While all our pizza recipes can be cooked to perfection on any recteq, for that authentic, wood-fired flavor and crispy crust, nothing beats results from the recteq Pizza Oven. It’s compatible with many of our grill models and brings pizzeria-quality results right to your backyard.
  • Step 2: Preheat the recteq to 425ºF.
  • Step 3: Roll or stretch out pizza dough into a rectangular shape on the recteq Dough & Pastry Mat, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Step 4: Using a knife or pizza wheel, cut the dough in 3 inch wide strips.
  • Step 5: Top each slice with a few tablespoons of pizza sauce, then layer a small amount of pepperoni, sausage, and fresh shredded mozzarella.
  • Step 6: Sprinkle Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub and parmesan on top.
  • Step 7: Roll dough into pinwheel shape and add to a large muffin cup.
  • Step 8: Allow the dough to proof/rest for about 15 minutes before adding to the preheated recteq.
  • Step 9: Bake until golden brown and delicious, about 18-22 minutes.
