It's Taco Tuesday with a seafood twist! Ray's Loco Gringo Rub makes this recipe simply delicious. Customize it with all your favorite taco toppings and it will be a real crowd-pleaser.

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 350°F.
  • Step 2: Rub shrimp with olive oil.
  • Step 3: Season shrimp liberally with Ray's Loco Gringo Rub.
  • Step 4: Place shrimp on Mesh Cooking Mat and cook for roughly 15 minutes.
  • Step 5: Add shrimp to tortilla with your favorite taco toppings.
