Ingredients:
- Salmon
- Sesame seeds
Marinade:
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh diced garlic
- 2 and 1/4 tbsp Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub
Instructions:
- Prepare marinade.
- Marinate salmon for 2-4 hours in refrigerator.
- Place on grill grates at full, flesh side down.
- Cook for 2.5 minutes on each side.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on salmon.
