ASIAN MARINATED SALMON

Ingredients:

  • Salmon
  • Sesame seeds

Marinade:

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh diced garlic
  • 2 and 1/4 tbsp Jody's Asian Persuasion Rub

Instructions:

  1. Prepare marinade.
  2. Marinate salmon for 2-4 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Place on grill grates at full, flesh side down.
  4. Cook for 2.5 minutes on each side.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on salmon.
