Take your time and let the injection do its job; you'll have smoky, tender Simple Smoked Spare Ribs ready before you know it!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Mix recteq Pork injection with water until injection is fully dissolved. Inject spareribs. Then season with Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub and Ron's Screamin' Pig Rub. Let rest for 20 minutes.
  • Step 2: Preheat recteq to 225°F. Add ribs to grill and cook for 2.5 - 3 hours. Remove from recteq and wrap in foil, place back in grill and cook for another 2 hours or until ribs reach an internal temp of 204°F. Remove from foil and place on grill for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3: Baste with Harry's Secret Sweet Sauce the last 10 minutes before you take them off the recteq. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
