  • 3 each Squashes, sliced
  • 3 each Zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese (for step 3)
  • 2 cup(s) Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup(s) Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Garlic Paste
  • 8 ounce(s) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub
  • 1/4 cup(s) Tomato Paste
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese (for step 4)

Tools Needed

  • Step 1: Preheat recteq to 375°F.
  • Step 2: Cut squash and zucchini into 1/4 inch rounds and layer them alternating in a 13 by 9 inch baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and garlic paste. Mix well and add cream, 1 cup parmesan cheese, Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub, Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub, and tomato paste. Mix until everything is well combined. Pour mixture over zucchini and squash.
  • Step 4: Top with shredded mozzarella, 1 cup parmesan cheese, and panko. Place in recteq and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from recteq and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
